Terms of Service for SMS Communications and Consent for SMS

By providing my phone number to Best Choice Home Health Care, you agree and acknowledge that Best Choice Home Health Care, may send conversational text messages to your wireless phone number for updates related to patient appointment updates, patient appointment reminders, schedule changes, payroll reminders, and patient updates and reminders.  No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.  


1- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive conversational text messages from Best Choice Home Health Care, you may receive conversational text messages related to patient appointment updates, patient appointment reminders, schedule changes, payroll reminders, and patient updates and reminders. Below is an example:

  1. Hey Jeff, this is Best Choice Home Health Care, don't forget your schedule changed with the patient. You'll need to go in 3:30pm today not 4:30pm. Does this still work for your schedule today?  Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging.

Message Frequency: SMS frequency will be between 5-1000 messages daily company wide.

You can opt-out at any time by texting “STOP”.  Reply “START” to opt in to receive text messages again.

2- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to reminders

Example:
"Hey don't forget your scheduled changed with the patient. You'll need to go in 3:30pm today not 4:30pm. Please confirm receipt. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging."


3- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.


4- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to opt of SMS messaging


5- Opt-In Method: 

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Best Choice Home Healthcare in the following ways:

6- Help:
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at 614-396-8446

Additional Options:

  • If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
